Micro fluorescent in vivo small animal imaging system, iBox® Explorer™2
The iBox® Explorer™² has the ability to view whole animals on a macroscopic to microscopic scale, allowing the user to look at a region between 90 mm² and 0,9 mm². The upright optics provide an ultra long working distance and high numerical aperture for detailed fluorescent in vivo imaging.

  • Magnification ranges of 0,17× to 16,5× enables easy transition from the macroscopic to the microscope scale
  • Enables researchers to visualise micro injection of cancer cells in vivo
  • Able to image organs and cells subcutaneously and within the body cavity of living mice
  • Easy to use software automates research with templates for reproducible, consistent results
  • Resolution is 3,2 mega pixels, 2184×1472

The system incorporates a fully motorised darkroom, high specification camera/optics, a motorised high intensity light source (450 nm to NIR) and a licence fee to cover the small animal imaging technique patented by AntiCancer, Inc.

Bright illumination of subject produces an intense fluorescent signal and fast exposure times. Unlimited selection of filters enables users to image in the fluorescent, visible and NIR ranges for multiple applications (RFP/GFP included, please enquire for other options)

Optical configurations are parcentered and parfocal, allowing seamless imaging through the magnification ranges. High frame rate cooled monochrome camera enables quick detection, image capture and high throughput

Fornecimento: Each system includes OptiChem 615 camera, BioLite multispectral light source and VisionWorks®LS image acquistion and analysis software. A PC is required but not supplied. For suitable accessories please refer to iBox® Scientia.
